Recipe:
  • 1 cup Raw Walnuts (soaked in water 4 hours or overnight), rinsed and drained
  • 1 Tbl Soy Sauce, Liquid Aminos or Tamari
  • 1 tsp each Cumin, Chipotle and Garlic Powders
Blend until nuts are broken down into a crumbly, meaty texture. Be careful not to blend too long and turn it into paste  Chew factor is important!
